They lost my wife's emotional support animal and then laughed in her face as she was crying. Only the worst kind of people do that. I thought that was the tip of the ice beef with them, but they then lied to Ameren to cover themselves- they told Ameren our home had feces and fruit flies which was a lie and got us booted from the program. My wife is disabled. We are a one income home...they lost her emotional support animal...what kind of people do this?? They should not be giving services to people.
