- GFGam FamSep 29, 20211.0Not very organized or professional. I called for an estimate and from there I should have taken the warning. Nothing was easy about getting anything scheduled. I was informed they would call me the next day to schedule, but I recieved a call from the owner days later indicating " I am five minutes away"! I accepted even though I was not even out of bed at the time. I forewarned that a mask would be required BEFORE entering my home. His entire energy changed. He replied in a drab voice " IM NOT COMING IN-???? IS COMING IN". The other salesman came in with mask and did measurements. He instructed me that I'd have in a feww days. I waited three and called the owner back. He advised me that he hasn't recieved the numbers back. It literally took weeks to get the HIGHEST quote I received thus far. Guess I'd have to pay for that "mask request". We are still in a pandemic and whatever a persons feelings are about science and politics doesn't work in my residence. I will NEVER patronize any business that is NOT respectful or professional.
