I understand that some of that garbage those drivers can NOT get to, but all the trash on the ground that was PURPOSEFULLY left is disgusting. Just because they don’t have to see it or live here, doesn’t mean anything. It’s still part of the job. Extremely frustrating and just very unprofessional.

I am also familiar with their commercial aspect as they service my place of employment at several locations. April is so easy to work with and you can tell that they actually care about their customers. It's such a relief not to dread calling your disposal service. When I found out that they were doing regular residential pickup we switched without hesitation. I love that they are a smaller local business vs a bigger corporation where we're just an address.
