  About a year ago, we had severe water damage in our home requiring two bathrooms and a bedroom to be renovated. After meeting with several contractors, we picked Bonnie and her team because she spent time with our whole family diving deep into what we wanted, what our goals were, and what our constraints might be. We worked together to assess the space and build out our plan. From past experience, both personally and professionally, the most important piece in a partnership like this is knowing that you can build a collaborative relationship. Sometimes you think you know what you want from the start but then as the walls start opening up and new options (or challenges) present themselves, you have to pivot. Bonnie was flexible and adaptive and thoughtful in her approach. We came to really know and enjoy the folks who came to work on the tile, the plumbing, the electric, the patching and painting and each was so wonderfully open and willing to share their ideas and suggestions. We would have been fools not to take advantage of their experience. Best of all, they also listen to ours. They saved us money, found places where a little bit extra might add a lot more value (built in shelves on a wall they had to build from scratch etc…). They took pride in their work and it showed. We felt like, at the end of the day, they really cared about the work they did and the impact it would have on our family. These are not costs and materials that come over in a quote. It’s the people doing the work, willing to work with you and together to help you make the best decisions. There is probably no better recommendation that to say that we would work with Bonnie again. And we did! Originally, we asked only for the two bathrooms and bedroom to be done…and through no “up selling” or suggestions on her part, we saw how amazing she did with the basement bathroom, so we asked to expand the project into the rest of the basement. Best decision ever. We wanted a real partnership, and we got it. In a 100 year old house, we know that we’re going to need more work to be done in the future and when the time comes our first and only call will be to Bonnie.

  Bonnie at TubHub gotten me taken care of same day for an emergency repair that could have been a nightmare!! I am so grateful for her quick, knowledgeable, and responsive service. Miguel took excellent care of the issue within 10 minutes and taught me how to remedy future issues without needing a service call which was extremely appreciated. TubHub will be my number one call for home repair issues from now on! Thank you!

  If you are looking for a restoration, remodel or update to your kitchen and bath, look no further than Tub Hub in Skokie. The owner, Bonnie, has a small but mighty showroom. She is quick with many ideas to inspire, has plenty of options in materials to choose from and their prices are fair and competitive. I hired Tub Hub to do a gut renovation of my bathroom and the end result is beautiful - I couldn’t be happier. My neighbors have worked with Bonnie & Tub Hub on both kitchen and bath remodels that they love. Once her company starts the job, Bonnie stops by daily to make sure the job is moving as it should - she is on top of EVERYTHING. Her work ethic is superior as is the finished product. Bonnie and her team are easy to work with and she clearly takes pride in her work. I could not recommend working with Tub Hub and Bonnie more highly!

  Bonnie was a pleasure to work with and so were the crew of installers. They were professional, clean with a high quality of workmanship. The bathroom remodel was done in a timely manner. It turned out beautiful. Bonnie works with you and is very knowledgeable with materials and design. I highly recommend Tub Hub and Tile for your next project.
