  I have been using Residential for their twice a year plan to service my HVAC system for the last 4 years now, and recently had to make the decision to purchase an entire new HVAC system due to the age of our old one. Everyone was great to work with from the initial service call, to getting a quote, to the installation, and even follow up from them after. Pricing was fair, installers were professional and helped with questions I had about the new system. The Owner, Eric, was fantastic with his follow up after the install, and made sure everything was done properly and in working order. I can’t recommend this company enough. Nothing but positive things to say about everyone that works here, including the owner Eric, Kendall in the office, and the guys doing the service/installs. Thanks again!

  Great, professional team! Had regular winter maintenance check that showed furnace should be replaced by Jon. Both 12-13 yr old units. Replaced the A/C unit too! Next day, Steven and Cody, plus 1 came to remove old and install a Bryant furnace and 24K Inverter Heat Pump with an Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium. They cover the pathways with drops and covered their shoes with wraps to avoid any markings! Excellent work, cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommend them. Noticed that my heat works so much better. Quieter too! Thank you!

  Told me $900. To change AC capacitor. Way over priced. Told me $600. if I sign up for a maintenance plan. Still way over priced. Be careful, they are looking to make maximum amount of profit and are not concerned about customer. When they serviced my furnace, instead of using a vacuum, the tech blew dust all over my house and didn't even check for a dirty filter. Now my furnace booms when it ignites. Just be careful as a consumer and if you call them, watch them close.

  I had a great experience with Residential when our furnace went out on Christmas Eve. I reached out, and even with the holiday, they were able to get someone out the day after Christmas to assess the issue. They quickly determined the problem was water damage from a leaking humidifier. Since most businesses were closed from Thursday through Sunday, they ordered the part and came back first thing Monday to get everything fixed. Our technician, Ryan, was knowledgeable, professional, and took great care of us throughout the process. We really appreciated the quick response and clear communication during a stressful time. I would definitely recommend Residential to anyone needing HVAC service.
