Not only were they the best price, I could tell their customer service was excellent. And, it certainly has been. Scheduling regular check ups for our units have been easy and they do a thorough job. After each cleaning, I notice that the units work so efficiently. It really makes a difference to do the regular check ups as recommended. Both technicians that have been out for cleanings have been very professional, friendly and kind. We just had our heat go out this week (freezing temps outside). They had a technician out within 3 hours of my call. He called the next morning as he said he would and told me they found the part needed to fix it. Ray's also rearranged his schedule for the day so that my furnace issue was serviced first in the day as we were out of heat for a night (only because they didn't have the part on the truck). I was so appreciative of their customer service and responsiveness. I'm so glad we partnered Ray's for our new furnace and AC.
