Fox Valley has professional staff that were helpful from start to finish. Fox Valley was transparent on their fees and how the auto insurance claim process worked early on. It was easy to turn my car in and they replaced my windshield within a couple of hours. They also answered any questions I had throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Joe and Saul came out today to replace the glass of my patio door. They were friendly, courteous, tidy, and answered all my questions. It’s freezing cold out today and what I appreciate, is that Joe said that if it’s too cold for the sealant, they will come back another day. That’s excellent service! I highly recommend Fox Valley Glass and this team.
