- CRC RAug 30, 20255.0Saw them out on another job. Asked for a quote. Gave me fair price, came out next morning to fix my problem. UPDATE::: same problem a few weeks later. Asked them to come out and address the problem. Ignored my calls for couple days then later made up & excuse to not come by & stand behind their guarantee & work. Found out from another plumber that i had to pay (half their price btw) that the clog in my drain was just pushed down the line & never cleared.
- SDSu DeAug 29, 20255.0Issue with outside clean-out for laundry room. We rodded out several times to no avail. Called Dyna Rooter.inc (paul) and he promptly came out... he and his worker Chris dug down and found clean-out shaft unattached to base pipe and seal. Roots and soil had made a home in the pipes over time. Dug out, flushed pipes, Re-set shaft, resealed, cleaned and refilled hole in ample time. Very satisfied with work and price. If you hv clean out shaft that rises every spring call Dyna Rooter.inc to remedy ASAP. We didn't notice until we had a backup.
