The countertop people the installer denied that he damaged the faucet I had to pay $210 out of my pocket and then another $203 for insulation. Of course he denied. He did damage it. He’s not certified to be a plumber. After we giving them all the receipts. They decided not to even pay up for the installation fee. I already contact Customer service Cabins to go I’ve talked to two people after making a comment on here a review they said they would fix the problem if they could the bottom line is our sales guy Ulysses should be stepping in and taking care of this huge problem where the customers we shouldn’t be doing all the legwork me and my brother have done. They had decided safe service of the countertop people to pay the $210 for the faucet not insulation fee wellCabins to go then should fess up and pay for that $203 insulation fee from the faucet of the installer damage and then get the money back from them where the customers we shouldn’t be doing any of this legwork are thought was a really good customer service guy, Ulysses or salesman has failed the job so I’m sure they’ll make a comment down here the reason why I’m adding another review or started another one because they hadn’t fixed the problem that needs to be taken care of the customer.
