  I have nothing but great things to say about Justin and his team! Justin was helpful from the start. My boyfriend and I both have demanding jobs and Justin made it easy for us to trust him while in our home. Everything we wanted for our house he made happen. We weren’t fully decided on what option we wanted for our floors and he brought us many options before we finally decided. He gave a time line of when he would be finished and stuck to the timeline which really helped our work schedules and moving back into our home. The house looks great and we are very happy with the out come. We will call Justin when we are ready to work on our next project.

  One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor! Modern Builders tiled our kitchen backsplash and painted our 40 year old cabinets to look brand new! We are THRILLED with the quality of work and professionalism!
