At first when nobody answered the phone during business hours I thought it was unusual but perhaps they left early for the day. The next day when I called and the line was always busy and there was no second line and still nobody to answer the phone I thought THAT was kind of poor. The third day I called during business hours and it rang and rang and rang and I couldn't get through I finally got fed up and called their Texas home office. AT LEAST IN TEXAS THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE. The person I spoke to was very polite and tried to get the Burr Ridge location while I was left on hold. After a minute or two I hung up and called them back since apparently they also could not get anyone to answer the phone and spoke immediately with another receptionist. She asked for my number so Burr Ridge could get back to me. GET BACK TO ME???? Why on earth would I want to deal with a company that rents equipment who never answers their phone? What if I had a problem or question on the jobsite?? What if I was calling to have them pick up the equipment so I didn't get charged a full day? I can't really rate the service as bad. I can only rate it as non-existent. I called another rental company who answered immediately, had what I was looking for and as a result will get my business. What a big waste of my time trying to get hold of these yo-yo's. This place is a joke.
