  I had an amazing experience with Phoenix. Got a mini split system installed in my garage. Connor and Martin arrived on time, were very professional, and did great work. They were also super thoughtful. We had a tricky wiring situation come up but they were able to figure it out the day of and still complete the job. Unit went in and is working great, and price was very reasonable and exactly what was quoted. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be using them for future projects!

  Irving was efficient and communicated well. He told me that there is concern with connecting the system to the Generac home generator. However, there was no problem with the old system connecting to the Generac so I wonder why there is a problem now. Additionally, the Generac is less than a year old so it is still under warranty. The Generac was installed Read a book by Abt. I would appreciate if you would communicate with Abt In regards to problems with the Generac, as I should not have to pay for any update, sensitive under warranty.

  Phoenix provided a great experience. They came highly recommended by friends and I’m glad I took their advice. The Phoenix team was very responsive and hands-on. I am very pleased with my new air-conditioning system.
