Sinead, the project manager, handled everything like a pro despite having to juggle so many condos needing repair at once! During my floor repair work, I had to stay in a hotel for a couple of weeks, but Sinead kept me updated along the way with texts and calls, and I never had to worry where the team was at with the repairs. I was able to move back home last night and I am SO happy with my new floors - they look absolutely amazing and the team went above and beyond in ensuring my place was clean and all my furniture was put back together. Thank you so much Sinead and team for making a stressful time a little easier to navigate - I appreciate all your hard work!

After a leak in the wall of our kitchen, we needed help with remediation and restoration in our condo. Unfortunately, we even had to move out temporarily. They are a very well organized team of professionals. They respected us and our home and all of our contents, as if it were their own. It was a stressful situation and the kindness and respect and attention to detail was so very appreciated! Ashley was amazing at scheduling and organizing and her logistical skills, forethought and knowledge of this process is profound! Alicia and Petino were fearless leaders, and I am a picky lady! I am not easy to please and yet they succeeded at every turn. Ashley, Alicia , Patino, Josias , Adan, Jair, Juana were there to pack us up and move us and clean and put everything back. Always with care and always with smiles. n” Knowing that I was in their capable hands and that they would show up and take care of business helped put me at ease. The whole team was very dedicated to providing a high quality and detail oriented care and service from start to finish. My insurance company adjuster recommended BluSky as the restoration company. I am very happy with the results. I feel like I have a new house. Dave Rotter of BluSky managed the restoration process after the reconstruction was completed. He did a fantastic job, helping me choose flooring, paint, and fixtures, and coordinating the contractors who did the work. I requested additional renovations on parts of my unit which were less seriously damaged by the fire, including new kitchen flooring, cabinets, and countertops. This created additional work for Dave, but e did a great job lining up contractors to do the work and getting all issues resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend BluSky as a restoration company.
