  My 26 year old furnace quit working on Christmas Eve. I called the temperature doctors at 9:30 AM and they were at my door at 12 o’clock. A new furnace and was not surprised at that. The team came on Christmas day and worked all day putting in the furnace and cleaned up so well after they were completed. I would recommend the temperature doctors to anyone family and friends. They are professional and great to work with. Their price was fair and they did not charge extra for coming out on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Thank you thank you thank you!

  Temperature Doctors Heating & Cooling Inc was very professional and punctual. My furance went out on one the coldest nights this far...I contacted this company and they were on it! Randy and Seth came out and had my heat working within a few hours. They took the time to show everything to me throughout the process and to explain all the changes and work they accomplished once the work was completed. Randy kept assuring me during the process, that I will have heat soon. I truly appreciate this company taking the time to help me quickly and Randy and Seth for their professionalism. I would highly reccommend this company. The owners of this company are great people and truly make sure their customers are taken care of.

  We had a very old furnace that decided to stop working during the coldest part of December. We got in touch with temperature doctors and Josh the technician was able to come out after I got off work at nearly 10 pm and stayed till almost 12 helping us get everything figured out. He was also able to help us with getting financing for our new unit. As well as being very easy to work with, curteous and very knowledgeable he also did not pressure us in any way to buy the most expensive unit. They dispatched a crew to come on a Saturday so I did not have to miss work and had the unit and hardware replaced in a very timely manner. The two techs that showed up, Randy and Seth were also very nice, courteous, and funny. They were able to answer all of my questions and made some helpful suggestions to keep our new furnace in good working order. We had a problem with the new condensation pump that was installed due to manufacturing defect which resulted in water spilling on our floor and carpet. I called and explained the problem, they sent someone the next day with a new pump and set up an appointment to have the wet carpet cleaned and treated at no expense to us. All in all I would definitely recomend this company to anyone especially those with small children. Their concern for our safety and health combined with their knowledge and ability to work our schedule makes this the best home appliance repair comply I have ever used. COMPLETELY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!

  A/C was not working well on Saturday, so called and got service to come out to check it out. Service stated that Freon was normal and unit was overall in good condition for being 19 years old. Also stated that condenser was completely plugged, but having that cleaned did not seem to make a difference as technician stated it would. Recommendation was to have A/C and furnace replaced because they are old and not efficient. Luckily, I got a second and third opinion that stated that system probably has at least 5 more years of life left due to regular maintainence and good upkeep over the years. All the system needed was a Freon recharge due to age of system. There appears to be nothing wrong with the compressor or capacitor. Called customer service with opinions of other technicians and they would not accept they may have had it wrong. Would not provide even a partial refund for service that was ineffective and unsatisfactory. Would not recommend this company to any of our friends or family. Look towards another company that will take the time to properly diagnose and service your expensive HVAC system. They seem to push towards replacing systems unnecessarily.
