  Byron was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our plumbing issues. He was the 3rd plumber we had in 2 weeks, and he diagnosed our problems correctly and resolved them quickly. I will call Roto Rooter first, next time!

  We had an issue with our walk-in tub from the contractor that initially installed it. Jeremiah from Roto-Rooter showed up and was able to address the issue. Our problem required him to go in through the outside wall in order to reach the leak. Jeremiah went above and beyond for us, insuring that the foam insulation was resealed after he finished. He was knowledgeable and extremely personable. We will definitely be requesting him again for any future projects/issues.

  Josh was professional, knowledgeable and very professional. He knew exactly what to do and did it fast and efficient. Josh even went over different options and prices were straight forward. I will be using roto rooter for any future needs and definitely highly recommend Josh.

  Tom talked me through all the options of moving forward with getting the water out and preventing bacterial backup. He was very courteous and answered all my questions clearly. I felt heard and understood. Over the course of the time required to thoroughly do the clean-up, I had many people in our home with Roto Rooter, all of whom were courteous, helpful, compassionate. I give five stars to each of those workers. Thank you!!

  Not as I was expecting how they fixed my sewer clogged up problem. Not only they charge excessively promising warranty on their work but when you call them to fixed same issue they start telling me that I have a bigger problem on sewer lines. Their technician told that he’s hesitant to use my warranty since my sewer problem will just comeback again. He starts giving dollar numbers to replace my sewer lines from my house to city street. NEVER AGAIN!
