The men who did the estimate were very polite and knowledgable. When the day came to do the work we got a call 1/2 an hour ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. They worked together very well as a team, and explained to my husband what they were doing and why. Water damage and ground squirrels digging were our issue, but no more!! Thank you so much Northern IL Concrete Lifting!

They claim that their materials and labor are guaranteed for 3 years, but they won't respond and come out to fix the problems that occurred over the winter. i have called and talked to receptionist 3 times and she promises to talk to the owners, but they don't return my calls and come out to provide warranty repair.
