  Outstanding service and work! Jessie and Logan did an excellent job all around and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to others needing new gutters.

  Update: 6/4/21 Shortly after I posted this review, Brandon contacted me to set up a date to fix the problem and correct the work. He was very apologetic and the workers showed up on time and the work was done was done to my satisfaction. Thank you for your responsiveness!! I'm giving them 1 star because initial contact for estimate I requested in February, (work completed in May), and receptionist response was good. Remainder of communication and customer service was extremely poor. Was recommended by roofer to use this company for soffit and gutter repair. Explained to Brandon the soffit is crumbling and I'd like it repaired, as well as a specific gutter on the north side of my house that was leaking. I had to call several times after I signed, and put down payment in work. I had specifically asked if they could notify me when they were planning on coming as I wanted to be home when the work was done. Was told "will call you", but that. Never happened. Called Brandon several times. No response. Called receptionist and did get call back that they were coming "this week". Expected then to come when they said, and no one came. Waited again, and then called. Was told via email work was done the week prior. Used my crumbling soffit as notice if work was done or not. Went to look, and new gutter was placed over soffit, and side of house. Went to look and the WRONG gutter was installed. Emailed Brandon again, and asked about soffit, and incorrect gutter.No response. Only received the invoice with remainder of payment due. No email response or call.So now, my soffit is still crumbling and although I likely probably needed a gutter where it was put, the old problem gutter is still there. When I emailed Brandon about it, I received no response. Overall (aside from receptionist) very poor customer service and for the small job I was told would probably be done in March, was finally done in May-AND when I wasn't notified or home. I would NOT recommend this company at all, unless like previous reviewer said, "you want to get ghosted".

  Excellent Job, very pleased!! The whole process went very smoothly and the installer was great. Very conscientious worker, kept a neat and orderly work site and was very engaged with us throughout the install. I would definitely recommend them! Thanks Greg and Thanks Ken!
