  Edit: I have proof of it. So nice try. You also didn't show up when we agreed on a time. Then when you did that's what happened. You also changed your price from 20k to 30k as if you thought we had money and its based on how much you can pay. I keep thorough records. I still have your paperwork you gave me as well. So try me. Yeah I had to block him because he wouldn't stop calling me. He doesn't know what No means. 🚩 Guy came out for an estimate I wanted to know how much for the back to be done which was a separate small roof. He got a ladder and was at the front. I told him on the phone that I wouldn't be able to talk and that he could send the estimate via email. That I would be busy and have to leave. He blocked us in and kept trying to talk to us. I had to yell at him. I don't want to do business with someone who doesn't know their front from their back, and can't follow simple directions. He never sent the estimate. I wouldn't do business with again.

  Super unprofessional. They will waste your time. I took off work and met Ray(?) at a property downtown. After walking the building and agreeing on what needed to be done he said he would send me an estimate in the next day or two. Never heard back, called him the next week, he said he was swamped and working on the quote. Never heard back, messaged him again and he said sorry we can’t do the job anymore (12 days to tell me they were too busy). Complete waste of time. Should’ve known…all the 5 star reviews looked suspicious (90% are ppl who have written 1-2 reviews, not real/friends of the company)

  They did a terrible job. Didn't cover anything. I have black marks all over my house from shingles. They left a ton of nails and shingles all over my yard. They tore up the J channel on my dormers, and never fixed them. They seriously overcharged me for the crappie work. I ordered seamless gutters and had to wait for them to get done and Noone could tell me when they were getting done. Do NOT pay them in advance, they will take advantage of it. I am not happy with anything they did. Do not recommend at all. Stay clear of this place, or don't pay them til you are completely happy. Maybe they do a better job if they don't already have your money!

  These guys are great, easy to work with and were very helpful dealing with our insurance claim. Our house looks fantastic! Definitely recommend JM to anyone looking to have their siding or roof done. Edit- really long story short, we had a problem with a leak come up and it took a screaming match on the phone to get them to come out and "fix" the problem. My husband was not satisfied with the fix and we decided to have another company come take a look. Not only is their fix going to have be undone and fixed properly another issue where the siding was put over a hole where the wood had rotted was found. Rather than replacing the wood they covered the hole and insulation with fan fold and put the siding over it. We are done dealing with JM Construction Group and giving them chances, we will be paying another company to fix it in order to maintain the integrity of our home and the safety of our family. It was also brought to our attention that JM did not pull the proper permits for our job. Bottom line is I would absolutely not recommend them if you have anything beyond cosmetic issues.
