I think it was a little expensive for the work done, but not bad, especially given how quick the response time was.

My main pipe in my house backed up and i made the mistake of hiring them for the demo and repairs. Want an idea of how it went? They were supposed to tear out my damaged wall, ceiling and floor, then spray for mold and repair my main line. 13 total missed appointments. Estimate for my main pipe was 1200.00. After cutting it apart they informed me they would not fix it for less than 2400.00. The employees that emptied my cupboard's left all my glass dishes stacked on my basement floor breaking several in the process. The employees that put the fans in my basement unplugged my deep freezer destroying $500.00 worth of food. I was promised reimbursement, but it was never received. The employees that tore out my floor damaged my stainless-steel refrigerator. They also damaged my wooden floor next to the kitchen. The worst part of it all is the contractor that they sent me to repair my kitchen informed me the plumbing wasn't correct. I texted and called the regional Manager (Todd) and was promised three times the plumber would be back the next morning. They completely ghosted me. I wish i could shout it from the rooftops and give them -5 stars.
