  This company installed a high efficiency gas furnace in my home plus I needed some heat ducks in the basement. Called them and Mike Buckner came out and gave me a quote for the ducks in the basement. My furnace was 31 years old and was going to replace it next year. Mike told me if I did it now I would get 600$ rebates from the gas company and the state, money I could lower the price of the furnace. Mike gave me a big discount on all the ducks work in the basement, I said that be great. Then when the t was time came to install, I had Hawkins, Shawn and Seth there to do all that work. Let me tell you it was A lot of work! It only took them 9 hours to finish. Told me all about what they did and answered all my questions about the furnace and heat ducks in the basement. The three men did an OUTSTANDING job at all the work that was involved. Their clean up was extensive and excellent. I highly recommend Rockford Heating and Cooling to do an excellent service no mater what job they do. Everyone was friendly. They were all very knowledgeable about their job. When I need a new air conditioner I will call this great company again and for all other needs. The price for everything was very competitive. If you tried the Rest call Rockford Heating and Cooling for the BEST. On time and outstanding work. Thank you Mike, Hawkins, Shawn and Seth for your EXPERTISE JOB.   Our son's family have been in their house for a year and living without air conditioning. This summer has been too much for a window AC unit and the base board heating system prevents just adding central air. We got 3 estimates for a 3 zone mini-split system including Rockford Heating & Air Conditioning. Mike Buckner came to walk the project and evaluate the need. Mike was great to work with, answering all our questions, suggesting location of units, and promptly sending a detailed proposal for Carrier equipment. Mike's proposal was close to another reputable Rockford company quote but with equipment 3000 BTUs more powerful. Although Mike said install wouldn't be possible until mid-July, he was able to schedule the work on July 2. Unfortunately that meant the 3 day job would involve a 3 day delay for final completion due to the 4th of July 3 day weekend. The crew arrived right on time and by the end of day 1, Kyle and Avery said they would bring extra crew for day 2 and have AC going before the 4th holiday. By the end of July 3rd all the inside work was complete and the AC was working great. The complete process with Rockford Heating and Air Conditioning was outstanding !!!
