- AYAndy Yaj2 days ago1.0It felt like their main goal was to sell water filtration products rather than actually investigate and fix the plumbing problem. The younger technician acted as though checking the issue was a major inconvenience and had bad attitude and insisted the leak was caused by not having a filtration system, pushing their products instead of diagnosing the real problem. In the end, it turned out to be nothing more than a clogged pipe. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their service.

Really appreciate the quick response and the work they’ve done. Very thorough and detailed explaining the issues we had and gave us tips on how to care for the new system they installed. Worked with us also paying for the whole system.

Same day service They replaced my water softener and also added a backwash dechlorinated to remove the chlorine out of the water I could not thank them enough for their time and service I will recommend them to all my friends and family They did top notch service, a true white glove water softener company.
