Pearsons had a person answering the phone and the service tech, Eric, called me within an hour to let me know that I was next inline then called when he was on his way. He found the problem (an internal fuse) and made sure that the unit would continue to run. Not all heroes wear capes. Thanks!

The man who answered my call was nice. He put in the request and told me that I would be receiving a call when an on-call plumber is available. Well, its officially been 24 hours since I made the call to Pearson and still havent received a phone call from anyone within the company. Luckily found someone else to get the job done. Bottom line: don't call Pearson for an emergency after hours.
