- NSNoah SchmitzDec 14, 20251.0Second owner of a house insulated by Metro. They did a terrible job and I am shocked they have such good reviews. Most of the attic had ~6 inches but there were areas with less than 2. You can see the tops of the 2x6 trusses through most of the attic for reference. Additionally, the installation card for the cellulose they installed clearly states to keep the cellulose away from water heater flues. They had insulation blown right up against it - this is a major safety issue as attic fires can go undetected until it’s too late. Extremely disappointed

January I crawled from beneath electric blanket it was 44° in living room the furnace died. Would've been worse without insulation. But The Best Thing Was I Had Insulation Done In Basement and bugs that overrran my house last summer weren't an issue this year. Somehow insulating top and bottom saved Pest Control twice yearly (according to neighbor previous owner did do that). The bugs stay outside.

They exceeded all expectations from scheduling to finished product, a true rarity in this day and age. Chase was articulate, thorough and accurate in estimation. Jesse exhibited nothing less than artistry in application. The attention to detail is nothing less than astonishing. Even in preparation, not a single overspray; no sign they were even here save the perfectly applied spray-foam to our rim joists, limestone walls and between floor joists. Simply amazed with this company.
