- NTNick TSep 14, 20253.0I’ll start off by saying the office crew was fantastic and the turn around was quick. However the work itself was a bit sloppy. Some areas on the patio seemed rushed. Moisture barrier was ripped out leaving wood directly in contact with concrete. No felt between the concrete and foundation to allow for expansion. Concrete splatter all over the siding and sliding glass door. Cigarette butts left behind for my kids to find. And restoration in the skid steer tracks was very minimal leaving deep ruts. I’m not sure if this was a subcontractor issue or what. They were on the lower end of the bids so I guess you get what you pay for.
