Great company to work with! They did a great job on our roof and it was done in 1 day. The owner (Eddie) and his staff was friendly and professional and they did everything they said they'd do. They even saved us some money! I would not hesitate to call this company. Highly recommend them!

Not returning my calls or texts. Yes, issues with my insurance. However, not returning calls for two weeks or texts. I just want this done and over with. Very unprofessional and rude to dismiss a customer and also a returning customer.
How can you identify a trustworthy roofing contractor?
A reliable roofing contractor demonstrates an extensive background of experience and maintains proper insurance and bonding. This provides homeowners with essential protection should unexpected situations arise. Quality contractors will always be willing to provide references from previous clients and deliver a detailed written estimate, demonstrating their commitment to transparency and professional service.
What are the most common roofing problems and how can I identify them?
Frequent roofing issues include water leaks, deteriorated flashing, damaged or missing shingles, and granule loss that may accumulate in gutters and downspouts. These conditions can result in water pooling, damage from freezing temperatures, or wear from nearby tree branches. Conducting regular roof inspections helps detect these problems early, preserving your roof's structural integrity. If you notice any of these warning signs or desire a professional assessment, please contact us to arrange an inspection.
What are the main parts of a roof and how do they work together?
A comprehensive roofing system consists of several critical elements including the main roof plane, ridges, hips, valleys, dormers, and gables. The underlying structure relies on framing, decking, underlayment, and strategic flashing, all covered by the exterior layer of shingles or alternative roofing materials. Each component serves a specific purpose in safeguarding your home and ensuring durable performance. For a professional evaluation of your roof or clarification about its structural elements, please contact us to schedule an inspection.
What roofing material options are available for homeowners?
Homeowners can select from various roofing materials, with asphalt shingles remaining particularly popular due to their cost-effectiveness and adaptability. For those seeking premium aesthetics and extended durability, materials such as slate are available. Each option provides distinct visual appeal and functional advantages, enabling homeowners to select materials that align with their specific requirements. If you need assistance selecting the appropriate roofing material for your property, please contact us to consult with our roofing specialists.
What should homeowners know about roof repairs and installations?
Roof leaks frequently result from hail impact or wind damage, which may not be readily apparent from ground level. Following severe weather events, scheduling a professional inspection is crucial to identify concealed damage. Contractors must adhere to insurance regulations, which prohibit them from covering a homeowner's insurance deductible. Additionally, it's vital to verify that any roofing team working on your property maintains workers compensation insurance to shield you from potential liability claims. If you have concerns about roof repairs or require a professional inspection, please contact us to initiate the process.
