- LGLauryn GarlandFeb 17, 20265.0We hired Acculevel to do a partial encapsulation of our crawl space after having radon mitigation done. They were really great about working with us and our needs. Our crawlspace is dry so we didn't need the full encapsulation, but did want a dehumidifier and insulation replaced. They removed the old debris (excess materials from when our home was built in the 70s and a few relics from previous owners) and had the crawlspace looking fantastic at the end of the day. We are able to now store totes in there without worrying about pests. The level of our home above the crawl is actually not freezing in the dead of winter anymore. I had to call Acculevel because there was a spot where the barrier was pulling away and the sump pump cover was covered by the barrier. We wanted easy access to potentially replace the pump at a later time or for easy access. They sent out Coy Miller within a few weeks of me calling and he did a great job fixing both issues. He was in and out in under an hour and did exactly what we needed.
- BPBill PFeb 11, 20265.0Coy Miller came to our house to inspect a problem with a water leak discovered during installation of a crawlspace repair and encapsulation that was not repaired correctly by the installation team. I had a local plumber repair the leak since it was time sensitive. Coy inspected the repair and also repaired the encapsulation tears the plumber had to make to fix the problem. Coy was very professional and informative. ( Still waiting on corporate acknowledgement of the problem and partial remuneration ).
