  Buyer beware! Check their Facebook rating & comments in the spring Grove and Richmond groups, over a hundred of dissatisfied customers, Just a handful of positives. Installation takes 10 times as long to get done as they say. They do not show up on time if they show up at all! Once they do show up, Installation quality is bad like an amateur, they try to cut corners wherever possible. I have holes all over my trim from them being careless. They also broke a window blind and did not even say anything. They just left it outside!! The owner has NO customer service skills and does nothing to make things right. They do not follow up. Again buyer beware, Please research before you choose this company I sure wish I had someone who warned me!!

  They did my entire upstairs 1300 sq. ft. Looks fabulous. Priced very well one grand less than Home Depot and I picked a higher quality carpet and he gave me the thicker padding. Highly recommend them!
