If you plan to use their 1/2 day pricing, plan to have it back by their standard allotted time. If they tell you that they will be flexible and dropping it off at an agreed later time will still get you 1/2 day price, don't believe them. They will charge you full price when you return the equipment, even if one of the two guys that told you they'd be flexible outside, is the same guy working at the counter when you drop it off. If he gets in front of his boss, he'll fold and charge you full price. Personally, I won't be back because they 1. lied to me and 2. decided that $30 was more important to them than my happiness as a future customer. I'll go elsewhere for my rental needs from now on and I'll encourage my friends and family to do the same.
