After over a week, I get a text message asking me to review the services they provided. So I contacted them. They told me my project was too big for them even though is was just a repair after a sewer back up. All the cleaning and treating had already been done by Servpro. I just needed someone to put my floors back in. They weren't going to notify me that they turned down the job. They were literally leaving me in limbo waiting when they knew right away I needed to contact someone else. Now I'm further behind in my repairs because of the time they wasted of mine. If you want to get your project done in a timely manner, contact a different business even if you have to reach out to a further away one
