  This is my first experience as a TruCare+ customer. My hot water dispenser in the kitchen was slightly leaking and when I called yesterday. Jocki was dispatched today. I received updates on his arrival which was within the time frame I was originally quoted. Jocki was very personable, professional and identified that a replacement was required and also recommended that a new filter should be considered. He provided quotes for three different options and fully explained the equipment, warranties and discounts that could be applied for each option. Unfortunately, he could not replace everything today, but Jocki confirmed the replacement dispenser and filter would be available tomorrow and confirmed an appointment timeframe for me. Jocki also ensured I knew how to turn off the water should the problem worsen. He answered al my questions and I was able to make an informed decision. Very impressed with him and his company. This service call was part of my monthly service agreement and did not cost me anything additional.

  Ryan F from T.R. Miller was excellent to work with. He thoroughly inspected our sump pump and took time to answer all of our questions, including the differences between an ejector model and a more traditional system, as well as concerns about silt buildup. He also reviewed the exterior drainage area and confirmed everything was in good shape. Ryan provided a clear quote to replace our sump pump and battery backup system and was able to complete the entire job during the same visit. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  Setting up an appointment online was very easy. Received a text message immediately verifying the date for the appointment. Received a phone call and text message the next morning verifying that I was available for a technician to be there within 30 minutes. Drew arrived on time. He was very good at explaining to me what was wrong with my tankless water heater. He was able to fix the problem and discussed options for the future. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job restoring my hot water for my house. Definitely will use TR Miller again in the future and have signed up for the maintenance plan for the year, Which was very affordable. Hopeful that we will get Drew For future maintenance and/or problems.

  There was a major influx of water coming into my basement, from Friday’s heavy rain. The new sump pump that was installed was working continuously, so I was perplexed about the basement flooding. Don C took quickly surmised and established that it was not the sump pump but issues with the main drain or cracks . He suggested effective tests that TR Miller that could determine the issue. He also noticed that sewage was on the basement floor. I am truly impressed with Don C and way he identified the problem, and the wonderful installation of my new sump pump by Oscar C.

  I chose T R Miller based on the reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience. A plastic drain snake broke in the tub drain. We didn't use the shower so as to not push the part further into the pipe and make it harder to get out. The "technician" (are they plumbers?) used a rooter and pushed the piece farther into the pipe. 25 feet farther he said. I had showed him the trap under the tub drain from the basement before he started. Unfinished basement so no need to even move cieling tiles! The tech even commented " that would be easy cause it isn't glued". Instead of doing the job the right way ,opening the trap from below, he chose to push the item further into the pipe;causing a larger problem down the road. And for 45 minutes spent at my home charged me $464.00. CRAZY! Of course, I could have purchased their membership for $32 per month for a year and only paid $417.60 $464.00 spent for 45 minutes and the problem is worse now than when I called. I could have run the water to make it worse for free or spent $100 or less to buy the tool and make it worse myself! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
