  Called for a quote had a appointment what you call a tech (lol uneducated person who had to call everyone with more experience showed up) I wasn't impressed I was shown two quote on the tablet in my house for a 220 outlet with flex hose dryer vent through the floor or hard ductwork through the wall and basement ceiling when emailed the quotes I only received one of the two for that specific job (I received the most expensive quote reminder I was shown two different quotes the flex hose was cheaper route I did not receive this quote) I also did not receive my plumbing quote for PVC or gas line to be ran/rerouted and I didn't receive my central air quote very poor services overall they can't even seem to get quotes managed or correct I don't know if it's a bunch of miss communication but totally not impressed at all with no contact from them I reached out multiple times

  Just finished up with Tiger Plumbing after 2 days of work. Collin, who did our plumbing, did a great job! He was prompt on time, did a professional job, very courteous to my wife who is hard to please! Matthew did our electrical work outside and went the extra mile to properly install a fixture that could've very easily been overlooked or dismissed. On top of that, both gentlemen insisted on putting booties on when we stated it wasn't needed as we have four active critters roaming the halls....lol. I also give both Collin & Matthew props for cleaning up after themselves as if they had never been here. Additionally, I would be remiss if I didn't applaud the coordinators in the office. They have a tough job and through it all you can hear the smiles in their voice as they call you to confirm "their guy" is en-route to "my place" so I'm never surprised so as to coral said critters before their arrival! They read the notes! Bravo Ladies! After having been in the homebuilding industry for more than 30 years, it's refreshing to see care and concern in the home, when so many turn a blind eye to true service. You've consistently been there for us. For that you are one of our Preferred Trade Contractors in our home and have EARNED our repeat business! Thank you.

  They listed me as do not service because of their rude and unprofessional technicians. Banging on my door and using foul language mainly the young techs.They don't deserve my money anyway there's way more professional courteous and reasonable companies who'd love to do business this place deserves no stars.

  I needed the guts of my toilet replaced. I called Tiger and they attempted to charge me $500. When I said that was too much the technician said he’d go back out to his van and check with his manager. I took that time to call around to other plumbers to get their price quote. I was quoted $169 by 3 other plumbers. The Tiger technician returned and offered to repair for $200. My question is why was I told it would cost $500 to begin with when obviously they could’ve done the job for $200!!! Tiger was trying to take advantage of me being a single woman and I don’t appreciate that! Save your time and money, call a LOCAL plumber instead!

  Have always had great service from Tiger, however after calling to set up and appointment today, I am extremely disappointed that they are utilizing AI to handle these inbound calls and to set up scheduling.
