  Jesse and Mike did an excellent and clean job. Even when the day, time and access to the repair was inadequate, they managed to repair the fail/leak using the proper tools which allows them to do the job fast and clean. Excellent job.

  Very rude customer service! The woman didn’t let me finish my sentence and automatically assumed I was calling to complain. All I wanted to know was if there was a possibility if they could fit us in earlier than this evening since we haven’t had running water for the past 12 hours and it would be another 9 before the issue could potentially be resolved. I understand the business is busy and there are “scheduled appointments,” but not a reason to be rude when there was no verbal hostility on the customers end. This business is reasonably priced and appears to do good work, but I would rather pay twice as much for good customer service.

  The big storm on Friday caused many people’s sewers to back up in their house in my area. I work weekends so I was unable to do anything about it over the course of the weekend. Monday morning when I woke up, I ordered a piece to connect to my pressure washer to attempt to clear the sewer line myself. The sewer Jetter kit I ordered did not arrive until Thursday and after working with it for several hours it did not work so I went and bought a 100 foot sewer snake. After spending the majority of the day, trying to clear the sewer line I gave up and decided to call Mr. Rooter. They quoted me $100 to clear the sewer line. A Technician came to my house and ran a very small auger down my sewer line for a few minutes, pulled out some tree roots, and then ran it down once more But didn’t really try to work at it at all. And then he was ready to leave. I called the company and told them that the agreement was $100 to clear my sewer line and my sewer line was not cleared. I spoke with the manager, who was also rude and told me that I signed a contract (which I did not sign anything) and that this is nonexistent contract made me legally obligated to pay the hundred dollars. He said that $100 was for them to use the small machine and that they had other tools, but they would cost more money. So basically they just come out to your house for $100 and use their shittiest tools to clear it and then start offering you other things that cost more money. I paid the hundred dollars and told them to leave and don’t bring anyone else from that company to my house. I came inside and called Roto-Rooter, There was a technician at my door and under 10 minutes. A second technician showed up after an additional five minutes and after we agreed to the price, I left to go grab food from a drive-through. They were done clearing my sewer line before I got home. They were fast, professional, and upfront about pricing. Five stars guys!!!!!!

  I cannot believe the experience I had. They came to see why water was backing up into my home. Bryce was great! He was friendly and answered all our questions! But the guy with the camera that was here after him was TERRIBLE. He showed us how it all looked, gave us advice on the situation, but every time we asked a question he was hesitant to answer and kept getting moody and snapping at myself and my grandpa. He got visibly angry and agitated when we said we would be getting quotes from others and would not agree to anything yesterday. I've been waiting over 24 hours now on the quote they told me they would get to me before the end of day yesterday. I then find out they won't be providing me a quote for the work that needs done. I would like a refund of my $254.00 since I will need to spend it elsewhere to fix my actual problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Edit to add: After talking to the manager who was also rude and interrupted me on the phone multiple times...I was told I will receive a refund out of his employees pay and then hung up on me. Terrible customer service is the cherry on top of it all. No idea how I'll receive this refund, since he didn't ask for any of my information either. Terrible terrible company.

  I've paid for their services twice already. Eddie did a 300 dollar snake clean out of roots blocking the main drain line exiting my house with a guarantee to fix or no charge, when Arnold and Sons had charged me $100 to fix nothing and lie giving me a 30,000 dollar quote for a supposed "collapsed drain line" that would require a full backyard excavation. The second call I had a multi pipe replacement of old leaking plumbing to more modern materials in my house from the shower drain and hot/cold water lines. I'll call them again for any plumbing related issues. Highly recommended.
