From the first time when Kendon and Alec came out to measure and see what i wanted done, I knew I couldn't use anyone else. They were on time, flexible and easy to work with. I love love my new bathroom and got exactly what I wanted, even a faux wall paint treatment. Niki who works in the office and does the ordering is amazing, I can't say enough good things about her. She heard exactly what i wanted and was relentless in finding it!! I have had a couple minor issues since the remodel and Niki was very easy to reach and responsive. The guys have been out a couple times and I so appreciate them in making sure I'm happy with my bathroom. So glad I chose Bath Connection!!

It’s an old house, built well but not everything square. They refused to give up until things were right. Professional, friendly, honest and patient with us while we made last minute decisions. Finished in 2 days. On the 2nd day they brought Mike to help and he was also very knowledgeable. Thanks so much guys! They are very knowledgeable and clearly have years of experience. They were super careful to minimize the inevitable mess and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. They completed our project, which included gutting 2 bathrooms, in 8 work days!! I also appreciated how they checked with me for input on the "details" like where to place the towel bar, etc.
