  An employee named Jesse showed up to my mother's house to fix a drain issue that we've had for months the problems was getting worse , causing the basement to flood several people had attempted to fix and none were able to get the job done. When Jesse showed up, he apologized for all the others that had attempted to fix before him and said he wasn't leaving until its fixed Thanks to him , everything's working flawlessly.No more flooding in the basement ... Good guy

  Same day service. Very nice young men, very friendly, personable, kind and helpful. Time will tell if drain stays clear but service came with a 6 month guarantee. Last time I had this done the basement was a mess afterwards. My husband said it looks like they were never here! Yay!

  I would like to thank and recommend this company for any residential or commercial plumbing and/or clean up issues. This past Christmas while hosting family my basement drainage backed up and proceeded to flood my basement. Roto-Rooter responded within hours and was on site to begin mitigation and clean up. Every single member on that team were polite, pleasant and helpful. The on site supervisor a Mr. Ellis was such an outstanding Individual, he was patient, accessible, and transparent through the whole process. He helped with our insurance claim and the adjuster. Mr. Ellis helped ensure our claim was approved and now all damages to our basement has been financially covered fully, nearly $25,000 worth. I am not a paid bot, look at my profile im a railroader and retired military. I just felt compelled to let the local community know when a company seems to actually give a damn about its customers. I thank them all for the level of professionalism and kindness they showed, and highly recommend them.

  Jeff and Parker, these men are the ONLY reason roto rotor gets a five Star ⭐ review. These men have a skill set that any plumbing company would strive to keep. Jeff and Parkers finished work is outstanding. They explain things well and clean up afterwards nicely. A one (1) STAR at best goes out to .... Customer service, terrible at scheduling appointment and keeping them. Certain plumbers that need to LEARN a better skill set with an eye for detail, at this point, you do not have one. Service manager who acts like the hero on a job that was already screwed up by the company he represents. There was no scheduling for repairs or phone calls for appointments as promised by him verbally. His hero status came and went the same day. No calls to schedule to are do work. I had to stop payment and call roto rotor back to get the ball rolling on a job that was already paid for to get JEFF and Parker sent to my house to have the job done correctly. IF YOU CHOOSE to have roto rotor do inside visible plumbing work done..... ASK FOR JEFF and Parker otherwise.... You may not be pleased with the end results.

  I can’t say enough good things about Jeff and Parker. As a single mom, I naturally get a little anxious anytime I have people working in my home. From the moment they arrived, though, they were professional, kind, and incredibly respectful. They made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. The original appointment ended up being on Valentine’s Day, and they spent over seven hours working to get everything taken care of. Not once did they complain or rush through anything. They were determined to see the job all the way through and make sure it was done right. What I appreciated most was how much they explained along the way. They walked me through what was happening, why it was happening, and what they were doing to fix it. I actually learned a lot about plumbing in the process, which made me feel more confident about how things work in my own home. They never made me feel silly for asking questions, they were patient and thorough. It’s rare to find people who combine skill, integrity, and genuine kindness the way they do. I’m so grateful for the care they showed and the quality of work they delivered. I would recommend Jeff and Parker to anyone without hesitation.
