- RBRicardo Bello1 day ago5.0Saturday morning and your basement is somewhat flooded due to a leaking pipe which is starting to beak first as a brief drizzle, but we all know this will become a water fall in a matter of time. This was on the main line so I was not able to isolate the issue from the rest of the house and needed a plumber right there at that right time. I called 3 companies, but Roto-Rooter Plumbing was the only one taking care of my needs as urgent as I expected them to treat it. They came, they fixed it, they helped me to be back on business. Jeff did a great job, and I was so happy that I decided to even schedule them for a new job later on December so we can have peace of mind for the upcoming winter. Thank you Jeff and Roto-Rooter for a great job right when I needed it.

I was able to see for myself the issue. I ended up having a significant repair yet the price was right. They took care of everything and made the whole process easy! Thanks to Brent (field supervisor), Josh (initial technician), and the entire crew who came to do the repair. I'm a very satisfied customer!

Our service man was polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough in his work. He spent awhile at our house making sure everything worked correctly before he left. My husband and I were both so thankful to have our toilets working AND our kitchen sink draining well again. I’m sure he was exhausted, but he never once complained. He simply did his job well and didn’t leave until it was done. Today’s experience is exactly why we call Roto Rooter every time. I had been praying for God to send the right person to our house when our toilets quit flushing this morning, and I’m so thankful for who He sent. He was a blessing with his work and attitude. We will continue to call Roto Rooter in the future. ❤️
- PGPaula GilmoreNov 4, 20253.0Would like to give all the stars but we will wait and see how things end up in the spring (yard cleanup and seeding). That they have promised to come back and do. BTW, Jenny in the office is wonderful. We were having drainage problems (water in our basement) with our sewer, they sent someone out within 2 hours. All of the "young" workers were respectful and did wonderful jobs, blasting the pipe, camera etc. Found our main line was damaged and our yard needed dug up for repair. Josh, the supervisor seemed to be a very nice guy and concerned with what we needed, he gave us a price for the repair. We accepted and he called in the excavation for the next day. They dug and found the damage and ran a the camera down the rest of the drain. They said we needed more repair work done. Josh gave us another quote(OMG) but we decided to get piece of mind and have all of it repaired. The crew went to work. Never seen or heard from Josh (the supervisor) again, even though he said he would be back. No follow-up or checking on the very expensive work that was being completed. One more thing, the backhoe operator is very good at his trade, but he need some customer service training. All in all, when you have things that happen which hinders your day to day life, you have to trust someone.....hopefully we find that Roto Rooter is that trustworthy place.
