I am adding to my older post due to this last visit. My neighbor has a developmental delay and could not get her furnace to work. I asked Griffin to check it out and I would pay the service call. She had apparently turned off the power to the furnace. I assumed they would charge me for the visit, but instead they just let it go under my own service plan w no charge. What? That is so nice, and just above and beyond what I have experienced with any company these days. Way to go guys. I love this company! Once again, incredible.
