  Called Arnold's on Tuesday booked an appointment for Wednesday. Robert went over the issues with my water heater, gave me options to the solutions, along with costs. I decided on a plan. Robert in turn set up the repair for the same day. 2 hours later, Jacob and another associate arrived, sorry forgot his name. They replaced heater, cleaned up the job site nicely and Jacob explained the ins and outs of new water heater with me. He showed me the details of replaced heater. I was very impressed from start to finish with what I hope will be a lasting experience. kudos to the people of Arnold Plumbing.

  Seventy plus year old house had unknown age faucet that was beginning to drip. Initial person assessed all house plumbing and offered multiple options and solutions including possible repair of existing faucet, replacement of existing faucet, and additional options for more extensive plumbing. Existing faucet was beyond repair so replacement was required as well as new feed lines with relocated shut off valves. All of this was clearly explained in advance of actual work and agreed to. All employees were courteous and efficient, concentrated on performing their work and cleaned up afterwards. Removal of old and installation of new was completed in less than two hours. Photographs are of the finished work. We are very pleased with the work and the interaction with all of the employees.

  There is nothing quite like going without a shower to make you appreciate a good one. Our shower drain has always been a bit wonky due to a previous homeowners "handy work" but when it finally kicked the bucket, we still weren't prepared! Even with savings specifically for this problem, we were still nervous. Arnold and Son's was up front with pricing, even when it came to just the consultation. When we had them come out, they went through every plumbing monstrosity our basement had hidden and gave us multiple tiers of repairs to choose from. Connor McClain and Caleb Schacherbauer were very professional and finished the job quickly and beautifully. I feel so blessed to take a shower with no drain back up and take a lot of solace in knowing that professionals handled every moment with care. Though I hope we never have to do this again, we know who to call the next time we have a plumbing mishap.

  I had a hot water pipe break in my basement on Wednesday morning. Turned off the hot water feed and hot water tank. Called and got an appointment for Friday 8:00 to 10:00 am (my choice). Robert Boland came out and was very polite and courteous. He examined the pipe and the rest of the plumbing. He gave me four options, from basic in replacing pipe to complete plumbing and drainage system and a water filter and softener. He explained then and also offered me the Arnold Advantage Club. I still had a leak that he could not find where the water was coming from. I chose my option. We set up the appointment for Thursday (earliest available). Robert told me it could be sooner if something changes and he would tell them that I still had a leak. Only thing I wish Robert would have done was tell me to go to Menards and get plumbing tape to seal the leak until they came to replace the pipe. I was loosing a gallon an hour through the leak. I went Saturday morning and got the tape and it is holding great for a temporary fix for now until Thursday. Andrew and Matt showed up on Thursday and replaced the pipe with no problems. There work was exceptional along with their work ethic and timelines. I am exceptionally pleased with the solution and promptness to my situation. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

  Terrible service! NEVER calling them again. My kitchen sink is clogged and the technician refused to unclog it! It was a quick fix but instead, he told me I have to replace all my pipes and gave me a ridiculous expensive quote for the job. Lazy guy just didn’t want to get his hands dirty and left without fixing anything. All he did was try to upsell services and didn’t help us at all! We are not doing anything with them! Horrible and deceiving. Now responding to their reply below: We asked to have the technician or the manager call us back (WE are the customers) and they never did. Now DO NOT bother calling us because it’s too late. Another company came and did what plumbers are supposed to do - they unclogged the sink very easily and NEVER tried to upsell anything and there’s nothing wrong with our pipes! They fixed the issue as we need a functional sink. Everything is working perfectly. Your technician didn’t want to get his hands dirty, he even told me he’d rather deal with a sewer - That unclogging sinks are not his favorite thing to do! Unprofessional and deceiving. Incompetence at its best! NEVER using your company again. Go try to upsell elsewhere, we are not idiots.
