  I had a great experience with the technician who showed up. He was able to easily determine what was wrong with the humidifier attached to my furnace and resolve my problem.

  The technician, Drew first came to give our furnace a tuneup. He was very professional, thorough, and explained that there were quite a few repairs needed. We met with an advisor Tyler about our options, and after comparing a few quotes we decided to go with Deljo for a new Furnace and AC package. Jonathan was the technician who installed the furnace and did a good job. He was punctual, professional and explained to us the process. We were upgrading to a high efficiency furnace so he needed to install two pvc pipes and drill holes through wall. After the work was completed, everything was cleaned up and he went over what was done and how the furnace and thermostat works. The AC will be installed at a later date, weather permitting so it can be tested. Overall the service from beginning to end was great so far!
