Highly recommend Kasey is their top guy and he came out for a follow-up adjustment of one of the units. Three stage mini split system. Was able to control the fan setting.
- JVJohn VeidtMar 9, 20263.0Quite for cleaning blowers was over $1K. This is tops an2-3 hour job. Why not included as part of what I pay for in annual PM. This is not a reactive service due to age or neglect, but preventable cleaning to extend asset life. Also simple limit switch was over $500. No time at all to replace and looked up standard cost for part. These charges erode customer trust.
