  Our renovation was a total gut. Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a new floor throughout. There were a few hiccups along the way but everything was resolved in a timely manner. We are pleased with the results. Thank you for a job well done!

  We need a customized cabinet for our bathroom to fit well. Since we have a vanity top already, we asked if we can only have a cabinet and plumbing job---- It took long time to get a quote for a cabinet, which is ok, we are not rush to do the job. However, we needed to visit twice to get a kind of "finalized" quote, and in the end, they told us that they do not take the job. If they do not take a small job, they should tell us for the first time so we do not have to spend so much time on discussing the items. Then they even told us to get a cabinet from big stores-- We could not find the one fitting the space that is why we came to the decision to have a customized one. Wasted so much time and it is so rude to tell us like this- I would not recommend to go there for a small job for sure. I will never return.

  Remodel of our bathroom turned out beautiful. Joe, owner and project person, was very patient, extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable and always made himself available to us when needed. Eli, our Installer, was very hard-working, full of experience and totally involved in our project with the the intent to please us, the customer. I highly recommend Kitchen and Bath and intend to use them in the future for any further projects.

  Kitchen and bath mart in Palatine updated my only bathroom to “aging in place” with a zero barrier shower and multiple grab bars. I’m talking major re-construction; moving sewer pipes and plumbing, knocking down plaster soffits and removing an original cast iron bath tub. I couldn’t be happier with the results. It’s exactly how I envisioned it thanks to their awesome designer Krysti Roy. If you’re looking to upgrade your bathroom I highly recommend you get a bid from Kitchen and Bath Mart.
