  We used the services of Accurate Plumbing Doctors Inc. (Schaumburg, IL) based on a recommendation from our association. We had a water leak coming from under the bathtub. The team came out, identified the issue, and explained everything clearly. Due to a busy schedule, the repair was planned for a few days later, which was communicated in advance and was understandable. I especially want to mention David - very professional and pleasant to work with. He handled everything clearly over the phone. Felix, the plumber who inspected the issue, was also very knowledgeable and professional. There was another technician assisting him as well (unfortunately, I did not catch his name), and they all worked well together. Regarding pricing, the inspection and replacement of the bathroom overflow cost $900. They are fully licensed and insured, which is usually required by associations and HOAs. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and the outcome. Thank you for the professional work.

  Some neighbors highly recommended Accurate Plumbing Doctors to me and I see why! They are responsive, professional, knowledgeable, thorough - and friendly to boot! Matt came to my house for a call and he did a great job assessing and analyzing the problem and checking to make sure everything was in order and working fine before leaving. I had a follow up question and they replied right away. I can’t recommend Accurate Plumbing Doctors enough and will definitely use them again when in need of plumbing work.   I live in an old apartment complex. Definitely a plumber's nightmare. Accurate came in when I called and took care my emergency. I was up and running with 24hrs. They are professional, clean and knowledgeable individuals.

  These guys were everything I wanted in a plumber. I had a water heater that I needed replaced. They answered the phone the first time I called, they came out on Monday (when they said they would), they got me a quote right then and there, and finally, they came back the next day and did the work quickly and without any drama, just like they said they would. I'd tried two other plumbing services in Palatine, IL before calling Accurate Plumbing Doctors. The first didn't come back for their second appointment to actually do the work. The second's quote was literally double what Accurate Plumbing Doctors quoted me and they never called me back to discuss it. These plumbing doctors were very friendly and courteous - I'd definitely hire them again.
