  I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them. Initially, I called them out because my heat wasn’t working. The technician was able to get the heat running again, but shortly after, my furnace started making an extremely loud noise that it never made before. I had a second technician from the same company come out to diagnose the issue. He told me the noise was “normal” because I have a large furnace, and then suggested it was the blower motor. That didn’t sit right with me, especially since the noise only started after their first visit. They came out again and continued to insist it was the blower motor, but couldn’t even guarantee that replacing it would fix the issue. At that point, I decided to get a second opinion from another company. They took the time to properly inspect the system and found that the inducer motor had been physically damaged—likely from something being dropped during the initial service call. So instead of just fixing my heat, this company appears to have caused additional damage and then misdiagnosed the problem multiple times. Overall, this experience cost me extra time, stress, and money. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you use this company.

  My a/c has been 'dying' for the last couple of years. We knew that this was the year we had to get it replaced. I reached out to many different places and they did not call me back to schedule a visit. One place came and replaced some parts in 2025 and when the A/C started acting up again, they never replied via email or phone. I was starting to give up trying to find someone to help. This is where Allied is above the rest. First of all, they responded/picked up their phones and scheduled something for me the same week. During the initial consult, Chris came over and respected my home and took off his shoes (because its carpeted). That was already a rare thing to have. He took measurements and wrote up a quote within 48 hours and he was very responsive with answering questions and concerns I had. Lo and behold - he was able to get something the same week. The guys showed up right on time (not too soon, not late at all) and laid down tarp and got right to work. Shout out to Billy and Colin for coming. They were kind and respectful and very diligent with their work. I could tell they took their time to make sure it was done right. When they were done, they showed me what was needed and involved. For payment, we used a card, and they were able to use their /square app to do it on the spot. I really felt safe and comfortable talking to them. They did not try to upsell anything and they didnt complicate the install. Overall, Allied has found a new and loyal customer. It is clear that they have customer service as a focus and they have earned my trust.

  I have had Allied install new hvac equipment in my house, my parents house, and my daughters house. They are very professional and answered all my questions. The technicians are very considerate and friendly. They were very polite and patient talking with my elderly parents.

  Ken did a great job! Efficiently diagnosed the furnace problem! Honest by explaining it just needed a good cleaning! He even helped me save money by signing up for their annual service aggreement! Thanks again!

  I recently had my AC system replaced by Allied Air Conditioning and Heating Corp, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I worked with four different team members, and each one was exceptionally friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Jeff was the first technician who came out to service my AC units. He clearly explained that one of my AC/heating units was on its last leg and walked me through the pros and cons of repairing versus replacing. Since repairs would cost around $800 and there was a chance the unit could fail again elsewhere, he recommended replacement — and I appreciated the transparency. That led me to request an estimate. I then spoke with Matt at the office, who was great to work with. He helped arrange 0% financing for 12 months, provided a clear estimate, and kept me updated on delivery schedules and installation timing. His communication was excellent throughout the process. On installation day, two installers — Jeff (a different Jeff) and Colin — arrived right on time, which I always value. They were professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job. They walked me through everything I needed to know about the new system, reviewed the checklist and invoice with me, and left the workspace spotless. Their attention to detail really stood out. Thank you to everyone at Allied Air Conditioning and Heating Corp. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend their team.
