    I had a great experience with Modern Air Solutions. Their technicians was punctual, professional, and very thorough. They took the time to explain exactly what was going wrong with my system without trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. It’s hard to find an HVAC company this honest and reliable—highly recommend! Extra 5 stars for Jesus lead guy.

    Update:Casey from modern air gave me a call and apologized for the misunderstanding and has brought me an solution of an refund and help in getting my problem fixed I really appreciate this and other than the misunderstanding with the sealing all other services was great and on point. I purchased an water heater furnace and air conditioner from them and paid for duct cleaning and air sealing which came out to be 15000 dollars over the last couple days with the rain my ducts flooded I called them back out because they said they had sealed them good but come to find out one of my ducts was crossed badly which they should have caught before charging me an extra 1500 for the sealing but they said they had sealed it good but it was a chunk of duct missing so I feel like I was fooled out of 1500 dollars for something that didn’t work at all

    Recently got a new furnace installed. Ian did an awesome job. Took pride in his work. Worked clean. Was friendly and thoroughly explained everything he was doing and how everything worked. Great experience all around. For 6 years I have used modern air for various repairs/maintenance. Every-time they’ve been honest, helpful, and overall great. Definitely recommend for any hvac needs.
