  I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and I can honestly say working with Eli Jordan at Advantex was a completely different experience. From the beginning, he didn’t come across like a typical salesman—he came across like someone who actually knew the industry inside and out and cared about doing things the right way. He took the time to walk us through everything in a way that made sense, answered every question without hesitation, and never once made us feel pressured. What stood out the most was his honesty and attention to detail. You can tell he’s been doing this for a long time and understands roofing on a deeper level than most. He wasn’t just trying to “sell a roof”—he was making sure we made the best decision for our situation.   They took care of the issue i had from previous work that had been done. I was worried it was going to be hard to get anyone out to make repairs but they took care of it. So far no leak.

  Jim promptly came over after I called, walked around with me to discuss my project needs, and sent a very fair estimate. I agreed to his terms & sent in a deposit to secure his services. He & his crew came over as soon as weather permitted. His rebuild/replace of a dormer/vent (a curved architectural piece) in my 85 year old home exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Advantex Restoration.

  Jim and his crew were great! They came and gave us a quick estimate for a new front door and window replacement. They were very competitive with other quotes I received I started with the front door replacement. Workers were very professional. You could tell they cared about their workmanship. When they were done, they picked up and left area just like it was before. I had a very bad draft before my installation, now I do not feel any draft coming through at all. When I'm ready for my window replacement, I definitely plan on using them again.
