  Juan deserves every bit of credit I can give him. I had a house fire last year, and my place had to be taken down to the studs. I didn’t choose to remodel—I was forced into it, and it was overwhelming. Every decision fell on me: paint, floors, cabinets, doors, windows, faucets, vanity, tub. Normally when you buy a house, most of the important things are already in place, and you can remodel gradually. I didn’t have that luxury. I had to replace everything—even the things I loved. Starting from scratch is a whole different world. If it weren’t for Juan, I honestly don’t know how I would have gotten through it. Juan gave me a budget, and I would head into the home improvement stores—but it was a nightmare. I was endlessly wandering the aisles, inundated with choices and selections, and at times even came out in tears because I couldn’t make a decision. Then I showed him a few key things I loved—a bathroom remodel, some doors, and a kitchen photo—and he instantly understood my style. From there, he started bringing me just a handful of carefully chosen samples each time, and I always loved what he picked. Juan isn’t just a builder. He has a designer’s eye and an architect’s background, and it shows. Honestly, he should be on HGTV. He rebuilt my home, but he also made the process bearable. After losing everything, having someone steady, talented, and genuinely gifted made all the difference. Orland Builders is lucky to have him.   Orland Builders rebuilt our home and John was our point of contact. I can’t imagine the industry has better representation than this company. It’s a long process and John kept us informed during every phase as chaotic as that process can be. The work was top tier and most importantly completed on time. These guys are honest and transparent. We’ve got nothing but high praise for Orland builders, John and the work that their entire team were responsible for. Thanks, John!   Orland Builders did a great job restoring our basement after water damage. John Savio kept us informed throughout, the work was done well, and completed on schedule and budget. A great experience!

  Juan and his team have been fantastic. Couldn't recommend him enough. He and his team are timely. communicate better than any company I've worked with in this industry and are just overall great with special requests and anything needed. I have a rental unit and, unfortunately a tenant above, flooded the building. And my AC went out during this time and needed to be replaced. He knows someone for anyone home need you need. I can't recommend Juan, his workers, and the company enough. 5 stars all around. Thank you!

  Orland Builders inc. did a fantastic job with our renovation to prep our condo for sale in Woodridge! From start to finish, working with JuanJose made the process easy as he kept us honest, informed, and very happy throughout the project. Would recommend using them for any home improvement projects that you have!
