  We recently had our windows and exterior doors replaced on our 1980’s split level home by Auburn Windows and Doors. Shopping for windows can be very overwhelming but Scott was such a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and we felt very confident about going forward with our project with Auburn. I also want to commend Frank and his installation team for going above and beyond to make the project seamless. They are truly masters at their craft! Scott also helped me design a beautiful front and back door that I am thrilled with! I finally have an entry door that says “Welcome to our home!”

  Got a new sliding patio door from Auburn about 2 years ago now. Have to lean with your whole body to open/close it. More petite people struggle to move it. Installer came back to look at it. Agreed it was stiff, said it would loosen up over time, sprayed some WD40 on it. Did not fix the problem. Upon further inspection there are sections of the door that are not aligned and are different heights from the trim. Not a good installation job and there is even a chip in the glass. Not impressed for the price that is charged. An expensive door like this should slide with the use of a finger, not your entire body weight. Weather stripping is also being chewed up due to the friction this door has.

  We recently replaced our windows and front door. We are very happy with the quality and look of the Marvin windows and ThermaTru front door. Scott was great paying attention to details and helping us get the look we wanted. Frank and the his crew of installers were very professional and did a wonderful job! Would definitely recommend!

  Last fall I spent countless time with staff at a "Home Store" trying to order replacement doors and windows. I finally got smart and found Auburn (Marvin), and had 2 slider doors, 1 french door and 1 window ordered and installed. Scott was knowledgeable and efficient. The install went Great, on time, neat and all done in 1 day. I would definitely recommend Auburn.

  About a year ago I decided to redo the entire exterior of my home (siding and windows) and was referred to Scott over at Auburn. He came out, looked at everything and gave an honest quote as well as tons of information about competing products and pricing. Because Scott was incredibly easy to deal with we went with the Marvin windows that he suggested. A year later the windows are absolutely perfect and holding up beautifully. I recently had an insulation company come out and seal up my attic. They did a measurement of air flow in my house and said that it was one of the "tightest" homes they had ever measured. Basically, they said that the home was incredibly efficient at keeping the air in the the house and they credited the high quality windows we had installed as a big part of it. I would not hesitate to contact Scott at Auburn and refer him to others or have him do more work for me. Outstanding product and great people to deal with.
