  Bryan and his team at Vermilion Builders were awesome! I had a leak in a garage and it was becoming quite a concern. When I called Bryan he answered the phone (which several other contractors never answered, mailboxes were full or did not call me back). He immediately started to help me figure out what the problem was and he and his guys were there the next day - discovered a leak and have worked with me to get the problem solved and repaired. I can't think of any other contractors I've worked with that were so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend -- one of the best in Vermilion County (or probably about anywhere in the Midwest :))

  We accidentally found this company by having a deck built for our swimming pool. This company built the deck and it is first class. So I asked the owner, Bryan to quote a remodel of our very 70's bathroom. I am so glad I did. Bryan and his crew are first class in every way you want a contractor to be...professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail and just imparting real value. The work was done well and timely (and I was a work in). I actually don't believe Bryan would leave a job done beneath his standards. Since owning a house is a process of constant fix and renew, I'm already planning the next job for them.

  There is an awesome, honest, dependable, fair, and reasonable contractor named Bryan here in the Vermilion County area. I called some well known named business that never returned my call. Their loss, my gain! Bryan at Vermilion Builders just literally saved my house from having the flooring fall out of it from bad construction. Bryan gave us an estimate to fix the issue. He also gave us another estimate just in case the first plan to fix the house didn't work. The work is done, the house is fixed and Bryan kept his word on the estimate and did not charge on penny more. He has also made it clear that if the issue should return to give him a call and he will make more adjustments to ensure the house is stable. And if needed, he will be there to as our contractor if we should need more work done on the floor. I cant say more positive things about a business that never put the estimate in writing for us. Luck for us he is trustworthy, right? It is so difficult to find great people that do great work for a great price. I am so glad that I made it to the 3rd page of Google search and called Vermilion Builders!!

  I rarely hire anyone to do work for me as I have great difficulty finding anyone to meet my standards. My commercial Building addition was more that I could handle before bad weather. Bryan was able to meet my timeline and exceed my standards and that’s a very big deal to me. There are a lot of contractors out there just waiting to take advantage of you, and only after your money! The most important thing to Vermilion Builders is your approval and satisfaction! If your looking for a honest guy behind a great company, you’ve fond him!

  Accidentally took a load bearing wall down in my home. Oops. Narrowly avoided a disaster thanks to Brian. He was able to come out and check it out an hour after I called him and thanks to the cold weather was able to come install a beam the next day. Great work too. Will definitely recommend.
