  Bryan and his crew recently did a full remodel on the main floor bathroom in my 1930s house in Danville. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the improvements! One of my favorite changes is the pocket door replacing the old swing-in casement door. The space that that change freed up really added to the overall functionality and esthetics of the room. It is a small bathroom and so also needed a narrow vanity. I gave Bryan my wishlist, and he found the perfect vanity! The style is in keeping with the character of the rest of the house, as is the pocket door. Bryan brainstormed the door change out. I knew something needed to be changed, and couldn't see what to do, but Bryan had this excellent door idea! Vermilion Builders crew was always on time, always respectful of both myself and the house. Everyday they laid new floor coverings. Everyday they cleaned up before they left. Everyday, Bryan was on site at some point following up on the day's work and checking progress. He also kept me apprised of the details and what I could expect to happen and when. The only delays were caused by Mother Nature , snow in this case, or custom supplier delays that Vermilion Builders had no control over. Bryan orchestrated other work on the project that could be done while waiting for custom materials. I highly recommend Vermilion Builders and plan to have Vermilion Builders do all of my future projects. Thank you !!

  Bryan and his team at Vermilion Builders were awesome! I had a leak in a garage and it was becoming quite a concern. When I called Bryan he answered the phone (which several other contractors never answered, mailboxes were full or did not call me back). He immediately started to help me figure out what the problem was and he and his guys were there the next day - discovered a leak and have worked with me to get the problem solved and repaired. I can't think of any other contractors I've worked with that were so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend -- one of the best in Vermilion County (or probably about anywhere in the Midwest :))

  Vermilion Builders was recommended to me after I called several other places that never called back or didn't show up to even quote my shower. Brian and his crew came and the quote was reasonable to begin with but the upgrade was amazing. I never thought my tiny bathroom could look so good. Excellent work with excellent materials. Everyone was so nice to me and my furbabies. I will call them for all my home repairs/remodel in the future. You won't find better, more honest and dependable people to trust with your home.

  There is an awesome, honest, dependable, fair, and reasonable contractor named Bryan here in the Vermilion County area. I called some well known named business that never returned my call. Their loss, my gain! Bryan at Vermilion Builders just literally saved my house from having the flooring fall out of it from bad construction. Bryan gave us an estimate to fix the issue. He also gave us another estimate just in case the first plan to fix the house didn't work. The work is done, the house is fixed and Bryan kept his word on the estimate and did not charge on penny more. He has also made it clear that if the issue should return to give him a call and he will make more adjustments to ensure the house is stable. And if needed, he will be there to as our contractor if we should need more work done on the floor. I cant say more positive things about a business that never put the estimate in writing for us. Luck for us he is trustworthy, right? It is so difficult to find great people that do great work for a great price. I am so glad that I made it to the 3rd page of Google search and called Vermilion Builders!!

  Bryan is honest, trustworthy, dependable and does excellent work! I'm very happy with my complete full bath remodel and will be discussing getting several additional projects on his schedule. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Vermilion Builders.
