- AAAMBERJul 19, 20241.0I got a flat tire today & pulled into their parking lot. I went inside, there were 6 male employees & I asked for help putting my spare tire on & one of them replied, “is anyone a mechanic? “, and then proceeded to tell me to call someone else for help. As a nurse, I just can’t imagine not helping someone. I wanted to write this review, not as a customer, but as a reference to the character of the people working here if one day y need customer service, I’d imagine they would have zero motivation to help you.

- JMJEFF MESSLEROct 23, 20151.0I went in today to ask about purchasing a couple shower handles. The associate was rude. He asked me what the manufacturer was. I told him i did not know and I think I need universal shower handles. He said they had nothing like that available for me. I can't believe Lowes and Home Depot have a better selection and service than a company that specializes in Plumbing. If that employee worked for me he would be fired instantly for treating a customer that way. I wont refer anyone to this location ever.
