  The plumber was so friendly and kind. Jimmy was on point with his work and answered any questions I had. He went above and beyond his call of duty! I was so satisfied and pleased with his job performance! I would definitely call this company again with no hesitation!

  Excellence, expertise, efficiency, and economical are apt words to describe the wonderful experience I had for my March 13 service for a failed sump pump and flooded basement. They came on time. Making an appointment was very easy and they kept me updated. In the end, they dried my basement and replaced my sump pump. I am a satisfied customer. Will be a repeat customer and have recommended them to my network. You won’t be disappointed. My service was provided by Akash and Eric and both were very professional.

  We contracted this company given their awesome reviews. Our first experience was back on Saturday, August 16, 2025, with Superior Rooter Plumbing coming to our home to clear our main drain line via Hydro Jetting. The two men arrived and as they were getting to work, the cap broke to the main stack (core of the plumbing system), they had no extra caps in their vans. So, Anthony left to go purchase a new cap before the hydro jetting got underway, he was gone for at least 1hr and 45mins while his Assistant appeared to need an extra hand…There was a Home Depot less than 8mins from our home. There seem to be a problem with clearing the blockage, which has always cleared immediately (30-45 mins) with Hydro Jetting. While trying to stay out of their way, my cameras kept sending frequent notifications because they were constantly walking back and forth to their vans parked behind our garage. They would not return with anything in their hands, so we were extremely confused. In running the camera footage back, no one ever checked the catch basin while attempting to clear the drain. There was conversation about everything other than what was taking so long to clear the drain - Three hours in, yes three! Anthony begins hinting around to an extra $100 per hour after we paid $750 for a ‘Hydro Jetting job’ devoid of an hourly rate. Again, we were never informed as to what the issue was and their nonverbals gave us the impression that they were not too sure if they cleared the drain. When they left, no real clean up was done to use water and run the sewage smelling waste materials down the drain and out of the house. Generally, plumbers will clean up after themselves. Fast forward to 7 months later, our drain yet again has water sitting at the neck and during a small rain the basement flooded and will continue to do so until we have paid yet another $750 to get it Hydro Jetted completely. Whenever we have had Hydro Jetting done by other companies, the positive results last for well over 15-18 months, but this job was just half of that. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company and the sad part was that we thought we would have hired them to install our new water heater.

  We have had great experiences with Superior Rooter. The response is very quick, and the service is excellent. Today we had Enrique fix a pin sized hole in one of our pipes. He came out to our house quickly and did good work. We believe the price is very fair as well. We have had them out to our house a few times in the past couple years (they fixed a broken sewer line, and capped a gas line) and would recommend this company.

  Today I had an emergency situation in one of my units. I hired Supervisor rooter to clean my sewer line. The initial phone call was smooth. The technician Enrique arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. He was nice, polite, skilled and also very clean. Their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I am very happy and will use them again!
