  My. experience with Pure Power Generators has been great. Two other authorized repair contractors were unable to fix my backup home generator (Briggs & Stratton). I was about the give up on it. But, I contacted Pure Power and they sent out a great technician (Tyler), who was able to quickly identify the problematic part and obtain the replacement part. The generator has been working perfectly since. I wish I would have contacted Pure Power before wasting money on two other very subpar contractors.

  Pure Power appears to have damaged our Generac system. Remote status device worked fine for years before this company did their annual maintenance. Now it won't stop flashing as though no signal though it is only 10 feet away through a large window. Pure Power does not deliver to customers as promised. A hiccup with customer service during an annual Generac maintenance was acceptable, but now they're ignoring me after my Generac is not working as it did before their work.

  I highly recommend Pure power generators! We have had a generator for close to 10 years and recently switched to pure power for our maintenance. I spoke with Heidy to set up our service date over then phone and within 1 week had their technician Randal visit our home. Randal took the time after completing our annual service to speak with us about our generator, required maintenance schedule as well as what we can expect from their company moving forward. I love how well both the office and technicians communicate. Efficient, detailed and very professional. We are glad we made the switch! Thank you Pure Power!

  Pure Power is 100% the way you want to go if you need work done on your whole house Generator or power issues. Tyler was great and willing to put in extra time and double checks everything. His dad came out first and maintained the oil change and tune up. I have a Kohler house generator. There is not many places that know kohler. But no matter what brand you have these guys are efficient and kind. Tyler actually took a ride with me to grab a new battery. I am handicapped and wouldn’t be able to carry the battery out the store. The price was very reasonable or great actually. Don’t pass these guys up !!!!

  Excellent job of Randal to fix the problem with my Generac. Owner of the company Aran sent him the next day after my call, was able to diagnose the issue based on his experience. Very good company!!!
