Once for a minor toilet issue and to replace the main shutoff valve in our home. Both times, the team at Mergenthaler has done a great job. They do a great job educating their customers. Both Mike via the phone and Christian in person were really invested in making sure I understood what they were doing, how plumbing works, and how problems occur. Their work quality matches their knowledge and I'm glad to have found them. I look forward to using them again in the future.

The plumber David and his brother quickly assessed our problem and fixed it. They also discovered aging components in our toilets, which we authorized them to fix. Highly recommended!

He diagnosed and fixed my shower cartridge issue as well as a leaking toilet, all while walking me through what was wrong and how he was repairing it. It made the whole process feel transparent and stress-free. Kelly, who helped me over the phone, was equally great. Despite the difficulties with my apartment’s landlord and management, she stayed patient, supportive, and on top of everything. She kept me updated and made sure the service got scheduled promptly. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
